Lemon Grove, California is a relatively small city within the San Diego County. It is all land, and has a popular landmark – the biggest lemon in the heart of city.

In its official website, their city government took pride in having the best climate in the whole country.

Neighborhoodscout.com has shared date on the housing and real estate situation within Lemon Grove. In its report, it mentioned that Lemon Grove has fair prices of Real Estate properties, and that majority of housing units in the city are single-detached homes.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Lemon Grove, accounting for 65.44% of the city’s housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Lemon Grove include large apartment complexes or high rise apartments ( 17.45%), row houses and other attached homes ( 9.37%), and a few duplexes, homes converted to apartments or other small apartment buildings ( 7.44%).”
